What will you be doing?

As an Area Sales Manager, you’re the first point of contact for up to 20 Pep and Co stores based in our sister company in Poundland! It’s your job to make sure our stores deliver the fantastic standards of the PEP&CO brand. You’ll coach our teams on how they can help maximise company profit and minimise loss, as well as making sure they’re all trained up and ready to deliver agreed KPIs in our PEP&CO way.

What skills and experience will you need?

At least 5 years’ retail management experience, have a great track record of delivering results through positive leadership and team coaching, have superior communication, and listening skills to want to drive the Pep and Co brand forward, the ability to influence at all levels with a resilient and flexible work ethic.
