Job role

The Reporting & Planning Analyst role sits within our Commercial Finance Team, they will support in all aspects of trading and reporting to the PEP&CO business as it enters a new phase of significant growth.

The team is small, unbureaucratic and fast-paced with big ambitions for the business. It offers the unique opportunity to join an entrepreneurial and well-funded business during a high-growth phase of its development.

The role will take ownership for trading reporting, financial sales and margin forecasting, however will also include ad hoc analysis and support to the trading teams.

Responsibilities

  • Running trading dashboards and regular trading analysis.
  • Ownership of daily / weekly / monthly reporting
  • Reporting process improvement
  • Support in setting retail trading targets, business analysis and financial forecasts

Skills & experience

  • 1-year experience in a retail reporting role or trading support role in a consumer facing business preferred
  • Comfortable with quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Structured, critical thinker
  • Attention to detail
  • Enthusiastic and can-do; team player
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
