Store Managers are the heart of our stores. As one of them, you’ll be in charge of driving sales and inspiring your team to add that personal touch to their work and be hands-on in helping customers feel good and look great. Top-notch customer service is a PEP&CO must and we want you to encourage that as you manage your team. Our people are the soul of the business, so we should always support them and offer guidance, so they know exactly what they need to deliver and why.

Of course, you’ll have a helping hand yourself whenever needed – your Area Manager and the HQ team are always there to guide you. But your store will be your own to not only take charge of, but to really be proud of.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years retail management experience
  • Assistant manager or equivalent in a customer-facing environment
  • Good understanding of the retail environment
  • Track record of delivering results through effective leadership & coaching
  • Impactful communication and listening skills
  • Experience in managing a fast-pace, changing environment

Role description:

Our Deputy Managers are a key part of our business. You’ll be there every step of the way, even jumping in to run the show when the Store Manager is absent. It’s up to you to assist in managing the team so they do their best to deliver sales and profit, while ensuring a personal and friendly customer service. We want our customers to have the best shopping experience possible and you’re an essential part of encouraging that.

Your Store Manager and Area Manager will always be there to support you and lend a hand with any issues you may have. But really, your central role means the store is yours and the Store Manager’s to run the best you can – so have pride in it and be hands-on when needed. It’s important to lead by example and show the team you’re ready to get stuck in.

Role description:

Team Leaders support Store and Deputy Managers and are always there to step in for them when it’s needed. Teamwork and a friendly, family vibe are what we pride ourselves on, and our Team Leaders make sure that atmosphere never falters.

As part of our in-store management team you’ll be responsible for maximising sales and profits and working alongside our Associates to make sure they’re getting the training they need so our customers leave the store with a smile. Our Team Leaders are the Deputy Managers and Store Managers of the future, so we’ll train you up to eventually be ready to manage a store of your very own.

Role description:

As an Associate, you’re the first face our customers see. It’s your job to be the fun and friendly voice that customers feel comfortable approaching. We want people to be valued and leave our stores knowing they had someone who helped them look good and feel great. You’ll also take pride in keeping your store looking fabulous, which means keeping an eye on replenishment and displays.

We’re looking for Associates who love to work with people and have a passion for fashion. In your induction, we’ll give you all the training you need so you can feel happy in your role and can confidently help customers with any queries they may have.

Many of our Deputy Managers and Store Managers started out as Associates and if that’s your aspiration then we want to support you, so we’ve developed career programmes to help you on your way.
